CHALLENGE

The company was in talks with us for many years to supply shrink sleeves for their products. However, we did not receive their order due to pricing issues. Our prices were slightly higher than their current supplier due to our expertise, knowledge, and technological prowess. Yet pricing continued to be a barrier.

SOLUTION

The company tried hiring many new vendors but always ended up shifting to a new shrink sleeve supplier, year after year due to issues related to service, quality, lack of R&D, lack of innovations and inexperience with new developments. Their rejection percentage and down-time in production remained as high as 6-7% for years and became a norm.
