He guided and mentored the organization to the quickly adapting and growing packaging requirements of India. His vision has led the ideation to form into a shape that focuses on creating a niche for itself.

With changed scenario Chetan Jain came and started working on the areas that required attention. After doing significant inclusions like H.I.P. Framework, sustainability, innovations, global footprint etc. he focused himself in redefining the management approach as it was observed that the organisation needed a head-on change in the dynamic environment.

Hence the board unanimously decided that Mr Rajesh Jain will be Chairman and Chetan Jain should be the MD & CEO and take the herculean task of change management in the organisation. Chetan Jain as new Managing Director and CEO will be observing the micro and macro divisional operations that impact the overall productivity and take necessary action to improve it.
